From the Global Foodcraft team, a family company founded in Bryan by Matt and Cassie Bobbitt in 2004.
The food is a big part of what your guests remember about your wedding. It’s also one of the biggest decisions you’ll make while planning. We’ve spent more than 20 years running events where it has to be perfect, and we bring that same care to every wedding we cater.
A menu built around your wedding
There’s no one-size-fits-all wedding menu here. We work with you to build a menu that fits your taste, your budget and your style. We start with locally sourced produce and the freshest ingredients, and we put as much care into how it looks as how it tastes.

- Plated dinner. A seated, served meal for a more formal reception.
- Buffet. Plenty of choice and an easy flow for bigger guest lists.
- Family style. Shared platters at each table for a warm, gather-around feel.
