That’s the part we take off your plate. As a full-service catering company headquartered in the Brazos Valley, we’ve been at it since 2004, back when we were called Global Event Group. Same company, same family, same address in Bryan, new name. Food is part of every meaningful celebration, and the holidays are when it matters most.

Live stations have a special place in our story. Matt got the business going in our first year by setting up sauté stations and cooking live, getting to know people while he cooked. We still love that part.

There’s no fixed holiday package here. We work with you to create a menu that fits your taste, your budget and your style. We start with locally sourced produce and the freshest ingredients, and we put as much care into how the food looks as how it tastes.
